DY39 / DB5(91) Industrial Revolutions Prestige Stamp Book error perforation shift

Reported by one of our blog readers, the second error from the Industrial Revolutions Prestige Stamp Book DY39 / DB5(91) issued in 2021 has now been found. This error consists of a massive perforation shift on Pane 1 (DP591). Unfortunately, the Machin pane was removed before the perforation shift was spotted. This results in the book being incomplete, but in my opinion of greater interest as an individual pane.

To achieve this perforation shift, I estimate that it would have required a 37mm shift downwards, a 2mm shift to the right and then a 2-degree clockwise rotation.

Please note that the Industrial Revolutions Prestige Stamp Book can be read from front to back and vice-versa, resulting in two front covers. This is not an error.

It would be interesting to see the other books formed from the same primary sheet. I estimate for no perforations to show on the top of the pane, it may have been at the top of the primary sheet. The other panes may look something like the attached mock-up image I have produced below. Please note that no gaps have been left between the panes, as the size of any gap is unknown.

If you have any views on the possible layout of the primary sheet, please leave a comment.
