A very interesting error has been reported in The Regional Definitives Prestige Stamp Book DX43 / DB5(43). The book has Leaf 3 inverted. However, an additional error is shown on the front of Leaf 3. With the incorrectly positioned gloss coating that should have been located over the 4d and 1s 3d stamps in the opposite corner of the leaf.
